Fundraisingscript.com will install and configure the application on your server - I would not recommend anyone attempting to install it without their assistance. The most positive aspect of my project experience was in the area of program defect or operational usage support in that whenever I opened a support ticket via their help desk application, their technicians responded on time and resolved all issues to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, no support is available during my normal business hours in the USA or weekends, so as long as a ticket was opened during their normal business hours in India, Monday through Friday, my support ticket was typically closed within one business day."
